Papersmiths is a design-led stationery brand for people who take their paper goods seriously.We began in 2013 as a design studio in Clifton, Bristol, co-founded by graphic designer Sidonie Warren. We turned our design studio into our first shop that same year, bringing together beautiful writing tools, bold notebooks and creative supplies under one roof.

Starting life as a design studio, an obsession with materials, colour and typography runs through everything we do. Today, Papersmiths offers a curated edit of writing tools, notebooks, planners and desk accessories sourced from makers and studios across the UK, Europe, Japan and the US, alongside our own line of Papersmiths stationery.
